Physiolates

Physiolates combines the principles of physiotherapy with the practice of Pilates.  Following injury or spinal pain, muscle imbalance and altered alignment occur.  Physiolates identifies these imbalances and corrects them, regaining stability.  This allows pain-free functional return to sport and general activity. Classes use Swiss balls, rollers and theraband to help activate the important stabilising muscles.
