Time Out for Teachers

No-one needs it more, and no-one has less time for it – a total balance between a well-exercised body and a relaxed and peaceful mind. Time Out for Teachers is a complete, integrated workout for mind and body, which has already benefited several teachers in west London schools.

I provide this course together with Davina Lloyd, a personal development facilitator & experienced meditator.  We provide a weekly, hour-long session that brings together these disciplines:

Movement

Gentle exercises that strengthen and stretch the body, and release tension

Meditation

Guided reflection sessions that offer insight and peace to the inner self.

The two practices blend together to energise and empower even the most tense teacher!

Sessions can be arranged during or after school hours during term times to suit your timetable.
