A six-week course to still the mind and move the body, combining elements of yoga, Pilates, meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques.

Movement

Gentle exercises that stretch and relax the body and release tension

Meditation

Guided reflection sessions that offer insight and peace to the inner self.  Each week focuses on acquiring a spiritual tool - past sessions have included:

  • The body loves ...; the mind loves...
  • Gratitude
  • Forgiveness
  • Letting go
  • Trust
